Gears

Tailored solutions for every application: we manufacture internally and externally toothed gears. All parts are supplied hardened and sanded. Our services include documented testing, balancing, and assembly.

Gear Rings

Our product range also includes internally toothed gear rings with sanded designs. From customised production to small series, we manufacture all parts precisely according to customer specifications.

Splined Shafts

We manufacture hardened and sanded splined shafts in internally and externally toothed versions. We produce components for everything from simple applications to highly complex turbo gear units.

Hardening Plant

At our over 3,000 m2 factory-owned hardening plant shop, we apply various heat treatment processes including tempering, case hardening, and quenching in oil or polymer.
